Autoren-Porträt von Christoph Delp
Christoph Delp ist Diplom-Betriebswirt, Autor und Trainer für Functional Fitness, Kampfsport und Selbstverteidigung. Von 1995 bis 2001 ließ er sich in Thailand zum Muay Thai (Thai-Box)-Trainer ausbilden und hat dabei erfolgreich an Vergleichskämpfen teilgenommen. Danach leitete er u.a. einen Kampfsport-Verein im Süden Thailands. Seine Erfahrungen als Sportler und Trainer gibt er in seinen international beliebten Büchern, DVDs und Apps weiter. Er hat die Bestseller "Perfektes Hanteltraining" und "Fitness für Kampfsportler" geschrieben und die "Muay Thai DVD-Serie" mit zahlreichen Weltmeistern produziert.
