Turgenev", Laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation in the field of science and technology, Laureate of the Prize of the President of the Russian Federation in the field of education, Laureate of the Prize of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of science and technology, Laureate of the Prize of the Government of the Russian Federationin the field of education, and Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation.Radchenko Sergey Yuryevich is Vice-Rector for scientific and technological activities and certification of scientific personnel of the Orel State University named after I.S. Turgenev, Doctor of Engineering, and Professor. He is Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation and Honorary Worker of Science and Technology of the Russian Federation.Dorokhov Daniil Olegovich is Doctor of Engineering, Associate Professor at the Orel State University named after I.S.
