Helen E. Ullrich, M.D., Ph.D., is a psychiatrist in private practice, as well as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Tulane University Medical School, USA. Her published works include three books (most recently, The Women of Totagadde: Broken Silence) and numerous articles in linguistics, psychiatry, transcultural psychiatry, and anthropology.
