Prof. Anil K. Sharma is a Professor & Head of the Department of Biotechnology at M.M. (Deemed to be University) Mullana (Ambala) Haryana, India with a vast research experience of working as a Post-Doctoral Scientist [2003-2010] in the Micro & Immunology Department at UIC,Chicago, IL, USA. He worked in diverse scientific fields in the area of microbial, medical and environmental Biotechnology. He has published 137 articles in peer reviewed, high impact journals of international repute with some of them in J. Biological Chemistry (ASBMB, USA) (IF~4.57), Plant Biotechnology Journal (IF~7.4), Seminars in Cancer Biology (Elsevier, IF~11.15), Anti-Cancer Agents in Medicinal Chemistry (IF~2.7), Immunology Cell Biology (Nature Publishing Group) (IF~4.2), Current Medicinal Chemistry (IF~3.8) etc. He has more than 3590 citations [H-Index~29; i10 index:47; Cumulative IF~228].
