Tim Raue, geboren 1974, wuchs im Wrangelkiez in Berlin-Kreuzberg auf. In seiner Jugend war er als einziger Deutscher Mitglied der berüchtigten türkischen Gang "36Boys". Zwei Jahrzehnte später hat er sich von der Vergangenheit befreit und verteidigt seither erfolgreich seinen Platz an der Spitze der internationalen Edelgastronomie. Heute führt er gemeinsam mit seiner Frau Marie-Anne das Sterne-Restaurant Tim Raue.
